AbstractCustomer Connection is a method that enables SAP to enhance and optimize the solutions by listening and reacting to customer’s needs. The process starts with collection of insights and feedback from user groups and other input channels. These improvements are made available to customers in a manner that allows easy consumption. Customer Connection is a dynamic feedback loop that will continually improve product quality, increase value of SAP maintenance and reduce the cost of small enhancements. By inviting customers to participate in Customer Connection, we are promising them we will keep improving the applications used by literally “adding their experience to our solutions”.
