Rates and Dates

2011 North American CWG Conference registration includes access to the event, presentations, and meals provided during the conference (Morning Break/Lunch/Afternoon Break) .

  2. Select if you are NEW to the CWG conferences
  3. Select your GENDER and SHIRT SIZE so that the correct shirt can be ordered (if applicable)
  4. Select the conference DAYS you will be attending
  5. Select the HOTEL option (note that all Hotel reservation/cancelllation are the responsibility of the attendee)

  3. Click on "cancel signup"and confirm your cancelation.  CANCEL BEFORE Sept 27, 2011 or Conference Fee WILL BE ASSESSED

Meet & Greet

The Sunday Evening "Meet and Greet" prior to the conference is a great way to meet colleagues and network before the conference.  The gathering runs from 7 PM until 9 PM on Sunday October 2nd under the stars, weather permitting.  This event is sponsored by Cincom.

Dinner Cruise

Click here to sign-up for the Tuesday Night (October 4) "Dinner Cruise" sponsored by Configit.  The cruise is free for members attending the conference; however, seating is limited, so please sign-up prior to the conference.  Boarding will begin at 5:30 PM, the cruise will depart promptly at 6 PM and return to the dock at 8 PM.  Directions to the dock will be provided at the conference.

Airport Transportation Alternative

Conference attendees who require transportation to and/or from area Ft. Myers (RSW) or Miami (MIA) airports may contact Classic Transportation via the web or by phone at +1 (800) 553-8294 or +1 (239) 394-1888.  Mention the CWG Conference when making the reservation via phone.  If accessing via the website, click on "contact us" and  include "CWG – Hilton Marco Island" in the Destination field on the web form.  Classic Transportation will combine CWG attendee passengers if possible, reducing the per-person fare. 

Rate for a Town Car from Ft. Myers to Marco Island is $68, and $199 from Miami International.  Passenger vans up to 10 persons are also available.  They also provide "on island" service to dinner/golf etc.  One way in a town car is $6.  Van service is $3 per person each way.  Taxes are included in all fares, however 20% gratuity is not included but will be added.
