Abstract This interactive workshop will address a worry that keeps many a VC modeler / manager up at night: how to best manage VC models and keep their changes under control? In particular, how to audit that models are in 100% sync between development/test and production? How to identify what changes your VC team has done, since month ago, a week ago, or since yesterday and how to stop errors early and efficiently?  How to go about cleaning up existing VC models that are not in good shape?   We will demonstrate and document VC and IPC models and Compare two models and view only the differences and then assure that these changes are reviewed, tested and approved.

Daniel has managed a sizeable VC modeling team at HP for quite a few years and knows what your day-day challenges are and how to best address them using proven practices. He will present an affordable Avenue Portal service, which provides an easy-to-use process for taking “snapshots” of your models for archival, identifying differences between VC and IPC models (between SAP instances or in time) and synchronizing data between instances. We have many exciting new and time and worry-saving features to share.
