Abstract A graphical UI for SAP IPC developed for Schneider Electric will be presented.
The UI takes advantage of new graphical enhancements offered by Adobe Flash programming. The user interface is connected to the IPC engine using Web Services. The application is designed for on-line and off-line use. In on-line mode an IPC standalone server is used. For off-line applications, the standalone IPC engine, through some driver modifications, accesses SQLite instead of Oracle/SQLServer.

The second part of the presentation is about a new approach on default values management. Developed for Schneider Electric, this approach overcomes some of standard default values limitations.
