| Abstract | Changes to configurable products pose a big challenge as they have many linkages and master data interdependencies. Mistakes can lead to confusion in sales, disorganized manufacturing, incorrect procurement and costly overheads. This session will explain a step by step method of managing changes using ECN and Workflow and how to overcome these difficulties. The presentation is based on a case study of an ECM for Variant Configuration. |
