Product Configuration is not just a salesperson or a customer selecting product options during sales, it is a question of an enterprise's entire product structure backbone, and therefore touches on all the enterprise's processes. This session will provide an overview of sales and product configuration in all the different scenarios across the breadth of SAP's R/3, ERP, CRM, SCM and also PLM. It will focus on both supported sales channels and supported business process integrations across marketing, sales, manufacturing, engineering, and service. Additionally, an outlook on the future direction will be provided. |
