Abstract The current economic reality has underscored the need for product manufacturers to venture beyond traditional boundaries and explore other avenues to increase their revenue portfolios. A growing number of companies have turned to the inclusion of services together with products in the form of bundled solutions. The top-line and bottom-line impact for the additional services can be attractive, however, offering products and services in a bundled format can require enhancements to your order-to-cash infrastructure. The business opportunity for offering bundled solutions will be reviewed together with an overview of some of the key areas of investment proposed for the SAP solution.
