Abstract In this workshop, we will focus on some of the key requirements identified in area of solution selling. Specifically we will review the area of order orchestration and distributed order management. These topics are of particular importance in the world of solution selling where products, services and financing can all be bundled together in a single quote or transaction. From this ‘solution transaction’ follow-on transactions must be created, tracked, and ultimately invoiced together. These documents may be created in different systems.
