Le CWG (Configuration Working Group, http://www.configuration-workgroup.com) est une communauté d'échanges entre utilisateurs de la configuration dans les systèmes SAP: VC (Variant Configurator) et IPC (Internet Pricing Configurator). 

Ce groupe est constitué à la fois d'entreprises utilisatrices,  de partenaires specialisés  dans le domaine de la configuration mais également de personnes représentant SAP-AG (developpeur et manager). Chaque année deux conférences sont organisées par le CWG, une au mois d'octobre au Etat-Unis et une en avril en Europe. 

L'objectif de ces rencontres est de permettre à chacun d’entre nous d'exposer son projet, d'échanger, de trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés. Ces moments sont également privilégiés pour échanger avec les équipes SAP des évolutions possibles. C'est la meilleure manière d'influencer sur les futures fonctionnalités des composants VC et IPC et de leurs intégrations dans l’environnement SAP R3 et CRM.    

Depuis maintenant 2 ans, en complément des conférences annuelles et à l’initiative de membres du CWG, des mini-conférences CWG locales ont  été crées.  L’objectif de ces rencontres de proximité est de faciliter les échanges et les rencontres, un bon moyen de résoudre nos problèmes quotidien à propos de modélisation et d’intégration R/3 et CRM.

Actuellement le CWG compte 4 groupes locaux :

The CWG (Configuration Working Group, http://www.configuration-workgroup.com) is a community exchange between users of the system configuration in SAP VC (Variant Configurator) and IPC (Internet Pricing Configurator).

This group consists of both business users, partners specialized in the field of the configuration but also people from SAP AG (developer and manager).
