The 2010 CWG European Conference was held April 19-21, 2010 in Vienna, Austria at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel even though the volcano made it difficult. Members exchanged their airline tickets for train tickets or made the long trip by car. Those members that had registered from the USA, India, Singapore, Australia and Northern Europe had to watch via remote access.

The 2009 North American CWG Conference was held again in Marco Island, FL at the Hilton Hotel beginning with a Meet and Greet on Sunday, October 4, 2009 with an information filled three day conference and again was considered by many to be the best conference yet.
