Time is growing short... The October conference in Las Vegas is quickly approaching. Hopefully you have taken advantage of the early bird rate, reserved your hotel rooms, and booked your flights already..
But if not, a little reminder why you may want to consider doing all those things soon.. The CWG Conference is the only place where you can;
You would think it is simple to fill a hole in a wall with a window, door, or combinations of these. What am I talking about?
Well we have just gone live with a VC Project in the Window / Door Industry in Aluminium and Timber. When I started on this project it required a proof of concept. Simple enough you would think and to some degree it was.
Proof of Concepts - important building block
Mystery, Intrigue, Conspiracy, and Comedy…. All were present at the 2016 Berlin CWG Conference..
Update: The slots are filling; if you want to participate in our usability test and influence SAP, then now is the time to contact SAP and secure the slot that fits your conference program needs. Have a look at the program and then just send me a mail at email@example.com, and if you want, include your "wish slot" (time or slot number is both fine). Some slots are already reserved, and I'm assigning testers "first come, first served".
OK, I'll admit... Beer in Bavaria actually is more enjoyable to me.. But hey, Berlin is a cool town, with a pretty decent craft beer scene. As long as I can stay away from the Linden trees, it's going to be a great conference!!
Yes, this is a shameless plug... I want YOU to get up off your butt and present something!
If you do, there MIGHT be beer in your future...
Hey CWG folks,
Back home with a couple of days reflections under my belt.. As usual, it's time for me to express myself about the conference I just attended..
Remember that old saying "be careful what you ask for, you just might get it?"
Well, that happened to me. And I didn't like it. You see, I've been one of those people asking for a North America venue change for a couple of years. Don't get me wrong, I like Marco Island, but I wanted to "see more of the world"...
I don't like Fort Lauderdale. Lots of reasons that I won't bother getting into here..
Hello VC folks in north of Germany,
A new CWG chapter starts on November 26th in Hamburg.
We would like to build a new chapter in the north of Germany and invite you, as a SAP customer, to be part of it.
Are you interested in sharing knowledge and information around VC?
Would you like to extend your network with people who are nearby?
In case of 'yes' , do not hesitate to register for this first chapter meeting.
Here the facts about it
I´m sure, that most of you are aware of some available publications regarding the topic SAP Variant Configuration.
In this blog I would like to take the opportunity to highlight that one of the most known publications “Variant Configuration with SAP” was written with a tremendous help from people being part of this Configuration Workgroup.
