How to make a BAdI not run in CPQ?

Hello,

With the latest AVC release, the BaDI' written in S4 AVC, also run during configuration in CPQ. Though this is the feature we waited for so long, there are exceptions where want to turn off some of these BADI calls during CPQ configuration. Our BADI's refer to large Z-tables and their output is not required during Quotation. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening in CPQ?
