AVC - Enable Toggle Structure - Solution Object

Dear Experts,

The current AVC product modelling screen does not have "Toggle Structure panel" on the modelling screen configuration in the solution object but exists in the PMEVC - Product Modelling Environment. 

The requirement can be handled by not handling the line items in the solution object but to capture the configuration data at multiple instances. Are there any ways to capture AVC similar to nested configurations within the screen without BOM explosion.
