Migration of Bulk sales orders of ECC- LOVC to S4 -AVC

Hi ,

we are trying to Upload Bulk (75000 LINE ITEMS) ECC sales order with LOVC  in S/4 2021 With AVC in scheduling agreement (VA31),

Trying with BAPI SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE(not release to customer) to upload 

with SCE Blank, it failes to upload and Say V1854 Error (Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.CONFIGURATION_PROCESSING)

with SCE = 1, It uploads the partial data since AVC Engine is not called it did not get uploaded in IBINVALES,

please share any idea on how to use BAPI settings for AVC or any idea on how to automate the sales order creation process in FIORI using AVC
