Howto - Create a future event

Preconditions:

To create future events, you must have a specific role. This means you have to see the menu "Create Content -> CWG Event Type". If you have more roles, it is possible you have access to even more menu points.

Write the future event:

At a glance:
- Navigate to “Create Content -> CWG Event Type”
- Fill in the fields (do not create a teaser)
- Choose category “Future Events” (“CWG_Event_Voc”)
- Submit

Detail:

To write a future event you have to navigate to “Create Content -> CWG Event Type” in the menu below your username. Now you have to type in a title. The body field is for your text about the future event. You do dot have to enter a teaser. You have to set the “CWG_Event_Voc” to “Future Events”. If you are ready just click on the submit button at the bottom of the page to publish the future event.

Result:

The future event is now publishing under “Public Area -> Public Information -> Future Events”. The view will only show the newest.
