Howto - Create a past event

Preconditions:

To create past events, you must have a specific role. This means you have to see the menu "Create Content -> CWG Event Type”. If you have more roles, it’s possible you have access to even more menu points.

Write the past event:

At a glance:
- Navigate to “Create Content -> CWG Event Type”
- Fill in the fields (it’s recommended to create a teaser)
- Choose category “Past Events” (“CWG_Event_Voc”)
- Submit

Detail:

To write a past event you have to navigate to “Create Content -> CWG Event Type” in the menu below your username. Now you have to type in a title. The body field is for your report about the event. If you want, you can enter a specific teaser (recommended) in the teaser field. If you do not, the first X words of your report is the teaser. You also have to set the “CWG_Event_Voc” to “Past Events”. If you are ready just click on the submit button at the bottom of the page to publish the report.

Result:

As you can see, the new past event teaser is on the past events page. The newest is always on top. Click on read more or on the title to read the report about the past event. This is the view of the whole report.
