What Happens in Vegas.......

Las Vegas 2016 CWG Conference is over... So let's start planning the spring conference... The voting is leaning towards Hamburg at this particular moment..

But I wonder... In Vegas we had around 115 people. On day 1, a question was asked of the audience; "How many people voted for Las Vegas?" I think 5 people raised their hands.. Not sure why this happened, but it does make me wonder about the whole "voting" thing..

Although, I admit... I'd rather do Hamburg than Barcelona... I like German beer better... :)

Will I See You In Las Vegas?

Time is growing short... The October conference in Las Vegas is quickly approaching. Hopefully you have taken advantage of the early bird rate, reserved your hotel rooms, and booked your flights already..

But if not, a little reminder why you may want to consider doing all those things soon.. The CWG Conference is the only place where you can;

Variant Configuration and filling a hole in a wall

Hi,

You would think it is simple to fill a hole in a wall with a window, door, or combinations of these.  What am I talking about?

Well we have just gone live with a VC Project in the Window / Door Industry in Aluminium and Timber.  When I started on this project it required a proof of concept.  Simple enough you would think and to some degree it was.

Proof of Concepts - important building block

Influence SAP by testing the CPQ UI usability in Berlin

Hi CWG,

Update: The slots are filling; if you want to participate in our usability test and influence SAP, then now is the time to contact SAP and secure the slot that fits your conference program needs.  Have a look at the program and then just send me a mail at karlheinz.agsteiner@sap.com, and if you want, include your "wish slot" (time or slot number is both fine). Some slots are already reserved, and I'm assigning testers "first come, first served".

2015 Ft. Lauderdale Conference Observations

Back home with a couple of days reflections under my belt.. As usual, it's time for me to express myself about the conference I just attended..

Remember that old saying "be careful what you ask for, you just might get it?"

Well, that happened to me. And I didn't like it. You see, I've been one of those people asking for a North America venue change for a couple of years. Don't get me wrong, I like Marco Island, but I wanted to "see more of the world"...

I don't like Fort Lauderdale. Lots of reasons that I won't bother getting into here..
