Registration for 2013 European CWG Conference in Vienna, Austria

It’s time once again to get together and absorb the best practices of others and to share the SAP Configuration knowledge we've learned. We're pleased to announce that the Spring 2013 CWG European Conference will be held at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel (Ungargasse 60 - Vienna, 1030 Austria) in the picturesque & historic city of Vienna, Austria from Sunday May 5 through Wednesday May 8, 2013. 

The Conference Planning committee has been hard at work over the past few months securing this fine venue for our conference. We were able to negotiate: 

  1. An affordable per night single room rate of €130 which includes their sumptuous Breakfast Buffet and Internet connection during your stay.  Double occupancy is available at a rate of €150.  This reduced rate is available from May 3rd thru May 11th depending on Hotel availability.
  2. Hotel availability is low immediately after the conference.  We therefore encourage you to book your reservation as early as possible to ensure your travel plans can be met.
  3. A Sunday evening Meet and Greet (7 PM on Sunday May 5th, follow the signs to this event at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel)
  4. An excellent environment for networking & learning how to maximize your configuration potential.
  5. The standard €365 Conference fee is reduced to €315 if you complete registration no later than March 30th, 2013. The conference fee covers meeting hall expenses, pre-conference Meet & Greet, a lunchtime buffet, and beverages/snacks at breaks throughout the conference day.

  1. Click on the registration link at bottom of this page "Sign up for Registration for 2013 European CWG Conference in Vienna, Austria"
  2. Click on the button "Sign Up" to start the sign up process once you have filled in some attendance questions.
  3. Use the link provided in the confirmation email to get to the registration service page.
  4. Sign up and pay for the event on the registration service page.
    (Because this service is through our conference coordinators, you need to create an account which is not related to the CWG account)
  5. You may make hotel reservations at a later date, however there is a limited number of rooms available at the CWG rate
    ** Hotel payments are separate from the Conference fee and are the responsibility of each member
    ** You are NOT required to stay at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel 
  6. Note the login and password that are assigned to you
  7. You must use your login/password to come back to the site and make changes

  2. Update:
    Change your setting and use the button "Update" to update your information.
  3. Cancel:
    Use the link "Cancel signup"
    Confirm your cancelation by using the Button "Cancel signup"
  4. Edit or cancel your registration on the registration service page

Registration needs to be completed or canceled through our registration service provider .  Follow the links in your confirmation email to reach the Registration Service website. The registration on the CWG Website below is only for our records to double check if every attendee completed the registration or cancel process.

The Configuration Workgroup e.V. will take pictures during the event in order to use them for documentary purpose. If you object against a specific picture we will remove this from our website.
