First go to "My node templates".

Now click on "duplicate" button from the template you want to use.

Then confirm it.

After that you are getting redirected to a copy of the template. Now you can edit the node like usual.

Preconditions

To create static page content you must have a specific role. This means you have to see the menu "Create Content --> Page" or "Create Content --> CWG Portal Content". If you can't see one of these menus please contact the system administrator for help. 

To create node breadcrumbs you have to got to the modules menu.

This example shows you how you can create them for the news as example.

Choose content type "CWG News Type".

Choose cwg_news_voc "any". (if the menu only shows one type of the voc and there are more availabe then choose the right one)

Choose Menu item "News".

First of all we have to create the menu.

You need the link for menu and need to cut of the part after the http://www.configuration-workgroup.com for example "admin/settings/cwg_signup_export".

That is what you have to input to a menu if you want to grant acces to the Signup Export module.

Put that in the path and name the link. Then save.

First of all you create a node of the type you would like to create a template for.

Important! The first word in title is "[Template]" and the person for which the Template is designed has to be in as the "author".

Then you create your node as usual. The node has to be published.

After you saved it you straight edit it, because you have to take it away from the front page.

First of all we have to create a workflow.

After we added the workflow we need states the first state has to be added straight away.

Normally we need more than one more you can add more by clicking in the workflow menu on "add state".
