| Abstract | Give a general overview on what MHZ has done in the VC area for the last 8-9 years. The start in 2002/2003 (SAP introduction), the integration of subsidiary companies (2005/2006), the integration of the VC team into the organization and processes, the kind of products we have and how we have implemented them. Our tools of managing the models and BOMS. Perhaps I can give some live demo from our system if its technically possible. The key learning point for me is to show that a VC team can be implemented as an estimated partner and service provider for a lot of other organizational units. |
