| Abstract | STILL GmbH is a leading supplier for fork lifters and intelligent management of intralogistics. STILL was founded in 1920 in Hamburg (Germany) and is brilliantly positioned with almost 6000 employees and 200 sales sites around the world. Since 2006 STILL belongs to the KION Group. All fork lifters and other components of logistics STILL described by highly complex SAP variant models. These models are used for sales and manufacturing relevant configuration and customization of the equipment. STILL uses SAP CRM and SAP Mobile Sales with the SCE/IPC configurator to support its sales organisations. To particularly support sales staff and independent vendors STILL offers a price list CD-ROM since 2005. The worldwide distributed CD-ROM contains an offline runnable version of SCE/IPC including all logical data, texts in all maintained languages and all pricing conditions of all sales organisations. In 2009 STILL has updated to SAP IPC 5.0 and distributes a price list CD-ROM containing an offline version of IPC with browser based user interface. This IPC version can be started without any installation and contains also components to authenticate, to organize the basket and the catalogue, to generate and print documents and for communication and storage. The used ORISA File Database includes all worldwide necessary configuration data compatible to SAP MSA and CRM. ORISA Software GmbH provides the offline IPC version for STILL and enables its distribution by CD-ROM.
