New England joint chapter meeting with ASUG - July 28, 2011

This was an all day session with the New England ASUG Chapter and held at a beautiful setting at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.  EMC was the sponsor that hosted the entire gathering.   There were 100 to 110 attending and everyone heard the keynote speaker and CEO of ASUG, Bridgette Chambers followed in the afternoon by a presentation on how the JFK Library is automating all the JFK documents and making that ready for public viewing on their website.

Twin Cities Chapter Meeting Held!

Next meeting will be set for November 10th from 11 - 1.

 

August 3, we had our first chapter meeting.  6 companies were represented.

We discussed future meetings/topics.  We are planning on meeting quarterly and also looking into meeting with ASUG.  Topics that were of interest are items like lessons learned, tips and tricks, and demos of how companies are doing VC.

Joint ASUG and CWG New England Chapter Meeting - July 28th

The New England ASUG and CWG Chapters are having a joint meeting on July 28th in Boston.  It will be a full day event and is being held at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.  There are three specific CWG VC topics being presented in a separate CWG Track and we invite you to attend if you are in the New England area or New York.

Can we help ourselves to help ourselves?

Hi all, 

Many of the contributors and members of the CWG are experienced VC users or maintainers.  However we have a lot of members who have joined because they need to know more.  In fact we all want to know more.  One of the challenges someone new has to deal with is the SAP Help for VC.  For someone new I dont think it is that helpful as although most of the information is there it is not really well organised and lacks a focus on good design practices.
